For orders under $1000, our shipping method will be USPS Priority Mail, using a Flat Rate box and tracking number. Extra services such as ‘signature required’ or insurance are used at the request of the buyer, and any associated charges will be added to your invoice.
For orders over $1000 we will use FedEx unless you direct us otherwise. Actual charges will be billed on your invoice. If you have a FedEx account, you may also opt to provide us your label / billing account details.
You are free at any time to make specific requests on how we ship your order – please specify any requirements at the time of order confirmation, we will follow your instructions.
Available shipping options are USPS, FedEx and UPS.
For orders to International addresses:
We will ship using UPS or FedEx at the actual cost, or you may provide us your own shipping label. Any customs fees, import duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with the importation you incur are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Free shipping over $200 USD offer:
If your order exceeds $200, shipping services are free of charge. This will cover basic USPS Priority Mail delivery within the USA, or a $10 discount off any other shipping service.
Please note: We endeavor to keep our website accurate. At times, it is possible we have sold a stone from inventory, and the website is out of date. Please contact us by Email, phone, or social media to confirm availability of your selection and/or comparables - or indeed, any stone request you may have.
We offer a ‘no questions asked’ 7 day return privilege. If you receive your order and for any reason you prefer to return it, simply:

- We will provide you shipping instructions for the return.
- We will refund your purchase upon receipt of the returned stone.
